TASTY STEAK - BISTECCA GUSTOSA

Preparazione

Directions: In a pan with 30 gr of butter, cook the steaks for five minutes each side. Then, place them on a platter. In the same pan you cooked, melt the butter left and add a boiled and mashed potato. Season with salt and pepper and add two tablespoons of milk. Mix well (the mixture should be creamy) and spread the steaks with the sauce made. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Preparazione: Fate rosolare le bistecche in una padella con 30 g di burro, cuocendole cinque minuti per parte. Toglietele dalla pentola e disponetele e su un piatto da portata. Nella stessa padella fate sciogliere il restante burro e aggiungete la patata lessa e schiacciata; insaporire con il pepe, sale e diluite con 2 cucchiai di latte. Mescolate bene (il composto dovrà risultare cremoso). Spalmate la crema ottenuta sulle bistecche, polverizzate con il prezzemolo e servite subito.
