POTATO CAKE - TORTA DI PATATE

Preparazione

Directions: Boil potatoes, sieve them, and put the mashed potatoes in a bowl with eggs and Parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, make the first layer with mozzarella and ham steak and cover with the mixture left. Put knobs of butter at the top and bake for 20 minutes in a 180° preheated oven. Preparazione: Lessate le patate, passatele al setaccio, e mettete la purea ottenuta in una scodella con le uova e il parmigiano, mescolate, salate e pepate. Disponete metà del composto su una teglia imburrata e cosparsa di pane grattugiato. Fate uno strato di mozzarella e prosciutto cotto e coprite con il restante impasto. Cospargete di burro a fiocchetti e fate cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per 20 minuti.
