Directions: Cut the wurstels lengthways and open them like they were books, without separating the two halves. Stuff them with stringy cheese. Roll up a slice of bacon around each wurstel and place them on a baking pan, covered with baking paper. Bake in a 200° preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot. Preparazione: Incidete i wurstel in profondità con un coltello, nel senso della lunghezza e apriteli leggermente a libro, senza separare le due meta. Farciteli con il formaggio filante. Avvolgete al centro di ciascun wurstel farcito 1 fetta di pancetta e stringetele delicatamente in modo da chiudere le due parti del wurstel. Disponeteli su una piastra con carta da forno. Fate cuocere in forno già caldo a 200° per 10 minuti. Serviteli ben caldi.
